Share Distribution

A Share Distribution may take place for a number of reasons. 

For example, on Dissolution, subject to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attached to the shares of any other class, in the event of the liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation, or other distribution of the assets of the Corporation among the holders of shares in the capital of the Corporation for the purpose of winding up its affairs, the Common shareholders may be entitled to receive the remaining property and assets of the Corporation.
